Spinal NRGY sessions are an energetic experience focused on the physical and energetic spine. It’s a loving, respectful, and safe way to support you, giving you the opportunity to work from within on healing, vitality, and expanding your consciousness. And all of this takes place right here in Rotterdam.
Spinal NRGY takes a holistic approach, combining knowledge of the spine, the nervous system, and brain functions with energetic knowledge and science from various traditions.
Spinal NRGY originated from the loving knowledge and expertise of the NRGY School, where I, Tessey, completed my facilitator training.
What is a Spinal NRGY session?
During a Spinal NRGY session, your body is given the opportunity to release stress, tension, and trauma. Once the natural energy flow is restored and blockages disappear, symptoms can diminish and possibly disappear. The session aims to activate your inner healing capacity, also known as “The Healer Within.”
By applying knowledge of both the spine and the nervous system, a session can have a significant impact even without physical or emotional complaints. Your body is continually invited to activate its inner capacity. You can feel more vital, more inspired, better connected to your intuition, and experience mental peace.

Duration: one to one and a half hours maximum

Together, we delve deeper in three sessions. A reduced rate of €399 applies for a program.
