How does a Kundalini
NRGY session work?
Kundalini NRGY sessions are offered exclusively at De Blije Boeddha in Rotterdam. During the session, you simply lie down relaxed with your eyes closed on a yoga mat — there is nothing you need to “do.” Everyone opens up to this energy in their own way; some may need more time than others to fully surrender.
The energetic journey lasts about one hour. Beforehand, there is time for questions, and after the session, I provide a small treat and a cup of tea to help you ground. Please reserve about 1.5 to 2 hours for the entire session.
As you experience more sessions, your process can become deeper and more profound. Each session is unique and brings something new. When you fully surrender to the process, the most remarkable transformations can unfold.

Within TSFW, there are several ways to experience Kundalini NRGY. You’re welcome to come alone, with your partner, your family, or a group of friends. You can also join one of the group sessions:
